NETTLE RITUAL FOR VITALITY
Nettle is one of the most nourishing plants available to women…a mineral powerhouse rich in iron, magnesium, calcium, and trace minerals that support energy, hormonal balance, and nervous system regulation.
This is the plant we turn to when we're depleted, when life has asked a lot of us. With devoted use it works from the inside out — nourishing the adrenals, replenishing what's been drained, supporting bone density and structural strength as we age. It's especially steadying through hormonal change.
A single quart of infusion carries over 1000 mg of calcium, 15,000 IU of vitamin A, abundant B vitamins, and roughly 10% protein — denser than blue-green algae. But to receive that, we have to drink it in real amounts. (I drink 2–3 quarts a week.)
Nettle isn't a quick fix. In time, though, the body remembers what it feels like to be truly nourished — steadier energy, stronger hair and nails, clearer skin. The brew is earthy and a little wild. You may find yourself craving it once your body recognizes what it's getting.
NETTLE INFUSION
Add 1 C. Nettle to quart jar (this happens to equal one ounce)
Fill with boiling water
Allow to steep 4 hours or overnight
Strain and enjoy!
For optimal results, aim for 2-3 quarts / week
