NETTLE RITUAL FOR VITALITY

Nettle is a powerful ally for women, a mineral powerhouse essential for rebuilding and restoring our system. Deeply nourishing and profoundly grounding, it is rich in iron, magnesium, calcium, and trace minerals that support energy, hormonal balance, and nervous system regulation.

This is the plant we turn to when we are depleted, when life has asked a lot of us. With devoted use, nettle steadily works to build energy from the inside out by nourishing the adrenals and replenishing what has been drained. It supports vitality, resilience, and overall well-being over time. Especially during times of hormonal change and depletion, nettle offers steady, foundational support. (I drink 2–3 quarts/week.)

Nettle deeply nourishes the body at a cellular level, restoring steady, sustainable vitality. Its rich mineral content makes it especially supportive for bone density and structural strength, offering the body the raw materials it needs to rebuild, fortify, and maintain integrity as we age. It smoothly and persistently carries nourishment to every cell in the body. Over time, we experience increased energy, stronger hair and nails, clearer skin, and more life!

But to receive this level of nourishment, we must consume nettle in meaningful amounts. A single quart of nettle infusion contains more than 1000 mg of calcium, 15,000 IU of vitamin A, 760 mg of vitamin K, approximately 10% protein, and abundant amounts of B vitamins, making it one of the most nutrient-dense plants available, surpassing even blue-green algae in its depth of nourishment.

Nettle is not a quick fix. But in time it can help us a return to a state of being when the body is truly nourished. Its brew is earthy, rich, and a little wild and witchy. Over time, you may find yourself craving it as your body begins to recognize its nourishment.
