Some private sessions may be audio recorded for training, supervision, or personal review. These recordings are kept strictly confidential, will not be shared publicly, and will be deleted once their purpose is fulfilled.
The Facilitator may occasionally reference generalized, anonymized themes or insights that emerge across her work for educational or teaching purposes; however, no identifying details, personal narratives, or client-specific imagery will be shared publicly without the client's explicit consent.

For physical practices (yoga, movement, breathwork), you accept inherent risks including injury or death and confirm you are physically able to participate.
5. Applied Shamanic Practice — Additional Terms
Applied Shamanic Counseling (also referred to as Applied Shamanic Practice) is a self-regulated spiritual counseling and healing practice, not a state-licensed profession. The Facilitator has trained through the Foundation of the Sacred Stream's Applied Shamanism Training Program and holds a Certificate in Applied Shamanic Practice through the Circle of Shamanic Practitioners. The Facilitator practices according to the ethical and professional standards of both organizations, including their certificate guidelines and Codes of Ethics.
Applied Shamanic Practice does not include medical diagnosis or treatment. It offers spiritual counseling and healing as an alternative or complement to — not a replacement for — licensed medical, psychiatric, or psychological care.
Some shamanic processes involve lying down and closing your eyes. If this is uncomfortable for you, or you would prefer to have someone present during your session for any reason, you are welcome to invite a companion. That person will not participate in the session but may witness and hold space for your experience.
Some shamanic processes involve singing, drumming, other sound, and the burning of healing herbs. If you have any sensitivity to sound or smell, you agree to inform the Facilitator in advance.
People experience shamanic work differently, and it can at times bring up strong emotions. By participating, you affirm that you feel stable enough to engage with this work and to handle emotions that may arise. If you would like to process your experience afterward, you may schedule a follow-up session to discuss it. The Facilitator is not liable for any pain or emotional distress that may arise in the course of this work, and you agree to seek medical or psychiatric support as the need arises.
6. Release of Liability & Indemnification
By engaging with any services, events, or content offered by Olive Evans / Olea Yoga LLC, you:
Release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Facilitator, her owners, partners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from all claims or liabilities — whether in person or online — including those due to negligence (active or passive).
